Baydur® polyurethane is a rigid system with medium to high density. It is a versatile, high-performance material that can be processed in different thicknesses. Thanks to its structural strength, it can be used to produce self-supporting parts, offering an alternative to wood or metal components.
Baydur® polyurethane is free from CFC11 and HCFC, with zero impact on the ozone layer (ODP = 0).

Its microcellular structure and ability to combine with other materials provide Baydur® with exceptional design flexibility and efficient production, even for large components. The material can be formulated with additives to meet the UL94 V-0 flame-retardant standard.
