Integral Polyurethane System
This type of polyurethane features a compact outer skin that is highly resistant to wear and abrasion, gradually transitioning to a softer cellular core. It is used in the automotive, furniture, sporting goods, and industrial machinery sectors, as well as in many other applications requiring both softness and surface mechanical strength. This polyurethane system is completely free from CFC11 and HCFC. It has zero impact on the ozone layer (ODP = 0).
30/45 Shore-A
Soft and flexible, ideal for applications requiring excellent shock absorption and efficient pressure distribution. Perfect for ergonomic components in direct contact with the body.
45/60 Shore-A
A balance between softness and mechanical strength, used where elasticity and dimensional stability are equally required, such as in rollers for delicate handling.
60/75 Shore-A
Denser and more durable, suitable for components subject to moderate mechanical stress. Provides good abrasion resistance while maintaining an attractive surface finish.
75/85 Shore-A
High hardness and robustness, ideal for industrial applications requiring long-term durability, wear resistance, and structural stability, while maintaining some surface elasticity.Integral polyurethane is a versatile, high-performance solution for those seeking technical functionality, comfort, and aesthetic value. It is a strategic choice for products that need to be durable over time, maintain superior visual appeal, and provide a pleasant user experience. This material can be formulated with additives to meet the UNI 9175 - 1IM flame-retardant standard.
